PAYMENT

Full payment is required 48 hours before yard cards displayed.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

48+ hours before delivery: Full refund.

24-48 hours before delivery: 50% refund or credit for future use.

Same-day cancellations: No refund.

 

RUSH ORDERS

Rush (within 48 hours) and same-day orders are subject to:Availability of inventory.  Possible rush fees.  No guarantee for orders placed within 24 hours of the requested event date.

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER

For safety reasons, we cannot set up displays during hazardous weather (lightning, high winds, or severe storms).  If we cannot reschedule your display, you will receive a full refund.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will not be issued if:  The homeowner requests early removal.  Incorrect details were provided on the order form.  The yard is not ready for installation (e.g., locked gates, unsafe conditions).

 

DELIVERY & SETUP

Displays are set up the evening before or the morning of the event, unless otherwise arranged.  Pricing includes delivery, setup, and takedown.

 

YARD REQUIREMENTS

Please notify the homeowner about the display at least 24 hours before delivery.  Sprinklers must be turned off, and yard service companies should be informed.

 

SIGN CARE & DAMAGE POLICY

Signs are the property of Yard Card Fun.  Do not move, tamper with, or allow damage to the display.  If signs are damaged or stolen, you will be responsible for replacement costs of $25 per yard card.
