Terms & Conditions

General policies

• Please do not allow children to play or climb on or around our displays. We cannot be held responsible for injuries or damage to people or property due to children or adults playing on or near our displays. Remember our displays are for decoration only and are not toys.
• Please do not mow or weed wack around the display. Also, please do not water while the display is in the yard. While our signs are designed for outdoor use, they can be damaged, so please take care.
• Please do not attached balloons to the display. The sun can melt the balloons and permanently damage our signs.
• Please do not move or take down the display. If you need the display moved or would like it taken down before the scheduled time, please contact us and we will move/remove the display as soon as possible.

Refund policy

You will receive a refund under the following conditions:

• Rental is canceled at least 24 hours prior to delivery time.
• Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up the display.

You will NOT receive a refund under the following conditions:

• The homeowner will not allow set up of display.
• The homeowner calls and wants the display removed early.
• We cannot set up the display due to a gated community.
• We are given the wrong address.
• A dog or other animal or person prevents us from entering the yard.
• There is no grassy area available in the front of the property to set-up display.
  We will not set up displays in back yards.
• Any other reason beyond our control that prevents us from setting up the display.

Missing Item Fees

If any items are missing or damaged the following fees apply:

Missing "critter", which includes by not limited to smiley faces, flamingos, cows, buzzards, balloons, candles, bras, grad caps, footballs, etc.	$10.00	each
Missing 2-foot lawn letter	$10.00	each
Missing large 5-foot -7-foot sign or message board.	$200.00	each
Missing message board letter.	$2.00	each

These charges will be applied to the sender's credit card.
