- What is a Yard Card?
We surprise the recipient with a personalized message and themed "critters" to announce their occasion to the world. We deliver their display either late at night or first thing in the morning, and come back after dark to pick it up. - What is included in each lawn display?
Each display is personalized for the recipient. We offer large 5-foot signs with 15-30 smaller "critters", 2-foot high lawn letters, and a 3-foot by 4-foot message board. You can mix and match to suit your needs. - Are reservations required?
Advanced reservations are recommended in order to reserve the display of your choice. Next day or same day service is offered, pending availability. - How much does a display cost?
Please see our prices link for pricing information. - What is your delivery area?
Delivery is free to any location in the Lawrence city limits. We also deliver to the remainder of Douglas County for an additional fee. However, we reserve the right to refuse delivery to any location. - Do you deliver to apartments or townhouses?
Yes, we can deliver to these locations as long as we have prior approval from the Property Management Company/Landlord/Leasing Agent. This individual's name and contact number MUST be provided when the order is placed. There must be ample grassy areas to set up the display. - Does someone have to be home during delivery?
No, no one needs to be home when we deliver, set up or take down the display. We leave a goody bag with information, a coupon, and a card letting them know who this great gift was from (unless you chose to remain anonymous). - Will you deliver in bad weather or under any conditions?
We try! However, we reserve the right to cancel a delivery if the delivery or display cannot be completed due to severe weather, frozen ground or if we think it is not possible to reach a delivery site safely. If this is the case, we will gladly issue a refund. - Will you deliver any day of the week/holidays/etc.?
Yes! Unless we have a personal emergency, we are available 7 days a week. We do not deliver on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. - When will my Yard Card display be delivered?
Typically, we deliver between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., the night before or the morning of the event. We do try to be flexible in our service, so if you need an alternative delivery time, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. - How long will the display be in the recipient's yard?
Stork rentals are typically for 3 days, all other displays rent for 1 day. If a longer rental is requested, there is an additional fee. Displays will be picked up after dark on the last day of the rental. - What information do you need for delivery?
A complete address is required. Any directions or landmarks that can be provided are appreciated. We deliver in the dark, so address and detail are important, such as the third house from the corner on the west side of the street. - Are we allowed to keep any part of the display?
These are rental displays only. If you would like a "critter" as a souvenir, please contact us and depending on availability, you may be able to purchase one. The large displays, lawn letters and message boards are not available for purchase. - How and when is payment due?
We accept Mastercard®, VISA, and cash. At this time, we do not accept personal checks. Payment is due at the time the order is confirmed. You will be given a confirmation number when the order is complete. - What if I want a display, but don't see exactly what I want?
